Sliding shutters - Loggia®
About sliding shutters - Loggia®
Realise the desired light penetration !
With the sun protection vertical sliding panels we can influence the light penetration into the rooms themselves (dynamic sun protection).
With pleasant illumination the sliding shutters are moved away from the window. With the risk of overheating, we can protect the windows from sunlight by totally or partially sliding the panels.
Personalise !
The sliding shutters consist of a sleek aluminium frame, which can be filled with aluminium louvres, wooden louvres or sun protection fabric.
All these different types have specific characteristics in terms of sun protection and transparency. Depending on the desired functionality and aesthetics, the right choice can then be made on the basis of these properties.
Create Privacy !
If desired, the sliding shutters of the window can be moved away from the window in order not to obstruct the free view through the window.
In contrast, when we want to prevent seeing into the space we can simply slide the shutters in front of the windows. Rotating wooden or aluminium blades will be available as of July 2014 - "Loggia® privacy".
Various materials:
- To connect the look & feel of the vertical sun protection with the sliding shutters, these shutters can be provided with the same fabric.
- For a tight design you can choose for aluminium louvres.
- For a warm and cosy feeling you can also choose for wooden louvres.
Sliding systems:

Individually sliding
For this application, the panels are controlled individually. Each shutter can be placed in its desired position without affecting the other panels.
Symmetrically sliding
The shutters are connected in order to move symmetrically in relation to one another.
Telescopically sliding
For applications requiring wider window surfaces to be shaded in one go. In this system, two or more panels are telescopically interconnected so that, if controlled, they telescopically slide out or behind one another. Each panel moves in a different rail and, in open position, they are neatly “parked” behind one another.
Colour options in aluminium
The visible parts of the aluminium sun protection screens (box, bottom rail and side channels) and structural sun protection (profiles, blades) are available in anodised aluminium or in all standard RAL colours.
